Please e-mail specifying your wish to cancel your subscription (at least 3 business days before your Renewal Date), along with your User ID, Name and Address. For security reasons, please send this cancellation e-mail from the e-mail account you used when subscribing. You may also cancel by calling us (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST) at: 800-328-4880. Once you have cancelled, further charges to your account will not be made.
