Make sure you are using the correct User ID and Password.
To check your correct User ID and Password, go to the home page and click Forgot Password? under the password field. Your current information will be e-mailed to you.

Problem: Every time you try to log in or perform a search you are returned to "Log In" page
Solution: You need to have cookies enabled in order to use your Attorney Jobs subscription.

To do this in:

Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6.x)
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
Select the "Security" Tab
Select the "Internet" zone.
Click on the "Custom Level..." button.
Scroll down to "Scripting."
Set all scripting categories to "Enable"
Click "OK."
Select the "Privacy" Tab.
Click on the "Advanced..." button.
Make sure the box is checked for "Override automatic cookie handling."
Set First-party Cookies to "Accept."
Make sure the box is checked for "Always allow session cookies."
Click "OK."
Click "OK." again.

Please Note: The default setting on all browsers is that cookies are enabled. Thus, if you are having this issue, cookies are disabled; the settings must have been changed by you, someone in your department, or someone in your household. The person who adjusted those settings in the first place may be able to assist in re-enabling cookies. Further, some firewall programs will also interfere with cookie handling. If you have exhausted other solutions, try disabling your firewall briefly to see if it resolves this issue. If disabling your firewall allows for the resolution of this issue, simply add attorneyjobs.com to the accepted sites list in your firewall software.

Alternatively for Microsoft Internet Explorer v6.x
You can just enable our site rather than all sites:
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
Click on the Privacy Tab.
Click on the Edit Button.
Add in this URL to the "Address of Web Site" box: attorneyjobs.com
Then click the Allow Button.
Note: You will see the entry move down to the "Managed Web Sites" box
Click OK to accept this setting.

Mozilla 1.x, 2.x, 3.x
From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
Select Privacy and Security in the menu.
Check Enable cookies for the originating web site only.
Click OK.

America Online
Login on to the computer that your AOL account is setup on (Guest Account
users cannot perform this operation).

The AOL tool bar has the following drop-down menus: Mail, People. Services,
Settings, Favorites

Click on the Settings drop-down menu.
Choose Preferences.
Click on the Internet Properties (WWW) link.
This will open a window labeled AOL Internet Properties.
Click on the tab labeled Privacy.

Make sure that the slider used to select a privacy setting for the Internet
Zone allows first-party cookies (setting this bar to Medium or Medium-High
will usually accomplish this).

Click the OK button at the bottom of the AOL Internet Properties window.

Firewall Settings
If you are accessing the Internet through a firewall or personal firewall you will need to set it so that it allows cookies. Instruction for this can usually be found in the firewall "Help" files.

Problem: Every search you perform is producing the same results.
Solution: You need to have "session cookies" enabled.
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
Click on the Privacy Tab.
In the Settings box, click Advanced.
In the Advanced Privacy Settings dialog box.
Check Override automatic cookie handling.
Check Always allow session cookies.
Click OK.
